Started the week off right with an AM spin class, using all my tips to make sure I make it there. Then I had the same breakfast as yesterday (it was so good), Muesli with yogurt and apples, this time I let it soak overnight, it tastes delicious either way.
Then for lunch I had a Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer, the Thai Style Chicken and Veggies, which was good, but after last week’s better lunches I think I prefer the homemade stuff.
For my afternoon snack I had a piece of toast with almond butter and a fig, plus some baked squash cubes on the side.
For dinner we had roast pork tenderloin with Brussels sprouts, and the last of the baguette. After dinner I had a small piece of chocolate.

I ate 1174 calories, 49.7% from carbs, 24.7% from fat, and 25.5% from protein.
