I should call them, weird eating Sunday’s, since this is two in a row…
I started my Sunday with Bob’s Yoga for the Warrior. I am making progress on the dream pose, Bird of Paradise. I can stand up with out falling and stand all the way straight up, now I just have to work on extending my leg. Then I made the soup (which was dinner later). I sliced the brownies for the party and I did take a few bites, which I shouldn’t have.
We went out to brunch at a favorite place, unfortunately it’s not the most diet friendly place. I got a good and healthy breakfast, egg’s Benedict with the sauce on the side, and fruit instead of hash browns. I ate both pieces of ham, but only 1 egg and half the english muffin (and just a little sauce), not just beacuse I am so virtuous. Mostly because they give you a giant caramel sticky bun thing and I ate a chunk of that (it’s so good).
I was extremely full, and I knew we would be at a football watching gathering later, and there would be snacks. Including the amazingly delicious brownies I made. So I told the boyfriend, do not let me eat any brownies at the gathering later. He said, “no matter what?” and then proceed to tell me how this was a recent episode of Curb, etc. But, despite a bad outcome on curb, I still said no matter what. And I am so glad that I did. Not only did I not have any brownies, I didn’t eat anything! When we got home I had a bowl of the chicken noodle soup I made yesterday. We went out for ice cream later and I got some fat free, no sugar added deliciousness. It was more than I would have eaten usually, but I had the calories for it and I enjoyed every bite. I ended the day just under 1200 calories (according to my restaurant estimating skills).
So weird food Sunday, I had a giant breakfast, a bowl of soup and ice cream. That’s it. Back to a normal schedule for the week…

That was kind of inspiring! Totally unforeseen. Now I understand what I’m heading to do tomorrow
Thank you for taking the time to write down this article. It’s been incredibly useful. It could not have come at a greater time for me!
